1. Controller and scope

The data controller and operator of SmolkVPN is KRUGOZOR-MONTAZH, OOO (OGRN 1258600007819, INN 8603254306), registered at 628617, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, Nizhnevartovsk, Permskaya Street, building 13, apt. 181. This policy applies to the SmolkVPN iOS and Android applications and the smolkdns.ru website.

2. Data we process

• Account data — login and password used to access the personal account.
• Device identifier — a random UUID or installation ID used for device limits.
• Device model — for example iPhone, iPad or Samsung Galaxy S24.
• VPN session technical data — traffic volume and connection status for service operation and billing.
• Email — when provided during registration or payment.
• Push token — for service notifications when notifications are enabled.

3. Purposes

• Authentication and VPN profile delivery.
• Subscription and simultaneous device limit management.
• Customer support and payment notifications.
• Application update checks.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

4. Storage on the device

On iOS, credentials are stored in Keychain and settings in UserDefaults. On Android, credentials are stored in EncryptedSharedPreferences.

5. Sharing and VPN traffic

We do not disclose personal data to third parties for advertising. When VPN is enabled, internet traffic is routed through SmolkVPN infrastructure as required to provide the service. We do not build advertising profiles of visited websites.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained while needed to provide the account, subscription, security and support functions, and is protected using access controls and encrypted transport.

7. Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account and related data by contacting support. Signing out removes locally stored credentials from the app.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13.
